I think I might have a warrant out of NJ, but I have been pulled over maybe 3 times without feeling the cold metal cuffs. Is there a way without having to pay some stupid online site that tells you nothing? I now live in PA and I don't know if I just pay the motor vehicle fees or am I in more trouble?

you need to contact NJ state police to find out if you have a warrant.. You could contact the city or the county sheriffs office that you think the warrant is out of. But it is eaiser to check with the State Police they keep track of all the warrants from the various departments, and if you aren't sure where the warrant might be out of, unless you contact the department that issued it, another police department or sheriffs office won't be able to tell out in some cases.
I worked in law enforcement for awhile, and my mom is a jail deputy and sometimes we don't know about warrants from different departments until a officer brings them in.

If you know what agency may have issued the warrant, call them & ask if you have a warrant. Some agencies won't tell you this over the phone, however. If you live in PA and the warrant's out of NJ, it won't show up in PA unless it's a felony warrant. Sounds like your warrant (if there is one) originated from a traffic stop, so it's most likely a misdemeanor.

This is the best option to get a background check: https://backgroundreports.im/
Currently there are a lot of reasons to perform a criminal background check in today's community. These arguments vary from questions over a spouse's fidelity to misgivings regarding a recently hired sitter. There are several surprising figures out now that strengthen these doubts, and in many instances it is better to be safe than sorry. You may not realize it, but there can be quite a lot of people checking up on you. Potential employers top the list. Companies usually conduct background checks on job applicants primarily as a means to verify the credentials that you may have listed on your resume.

Since you were an illegal alien in Canada, they had two options: they could extradite you to the US if the US requested it or they could deport you back to where you came from. It wasn't your decision to make since you have no status in the US. Why do you want to face the charges in NJ? It's not like you'll be allowed to stay even if you do. You got off lightly, you could have been arrested in the US, convicted and imprisoned and then deported. You saved yourself some jail time.

I just recently tried https://backgroundreports.im last month to see if I could Locate my birth-father. My bio father left me when I was 6, and has refused to speak to me since. I grew up with my biological Mother and Step-father. I have only ever met with my biological dad a couple times to date. All I knew of him personally when I conducted the search was his name, and the home location of a previous address he used to have.

When the search came back based on the minimal info I used, It pulled up a current address and even a phone number. When I called the phone no., I heard the voice of what sounded like it may be my step-brother. I asked if Joseph(my biological dad) was present, and he said no but to try back after 8.

I haven't done anything with the info, But I found what I was wanting to have.

>>> Some background check services work, while others do not. My daughter in law used the ECheck one spoken of by the "Anonymous" Detective guy on here. That worked great, she discovered all types of information about a prospective husband that altered the course of her relationship. It helped her to avoid making what would have been a terrible life decision. As for me, I am one of the HR heads at a well-known firm. Our firm is one which relies heavily upon good public relations, so I also use https://tr.im/8b409 on a regular basis to weed out potential bad apples. My primary function at our firm is hiring and reviewing resumes.

Cheers!

There is only one reliable, trusted source for this type of information. As a current P.I and former DT for LA Narcotics, I can only attest to the following as being legitimate:
