Then you have to try to be with the boy and try to learn how to get along with someone that you don't like. You can surely get married with him and acutally it can't be ensured that you'll like his whole family, but you have to learn how to adjust with them and beloved by them, you have to win their heart. You have to do it for your husband.

i am going to tell you like this, you will be dating the boy, the moms has a lot more influence than you think especially at the beginning of a relationship, but later on not really, you better be a good actress, or learn to tolerate her.

Your not dating the mom but her son. If you really love him you will stand up to his mom and tell her your personal feelings in private.This is not stupid but it shows her how much gut's you have and how much your willing to do for him.

Talk to him.....be friends w/ him......if u don't like his mom, and u end up together, you'll have a long, hard life.......I've never really had any issues w/ any of the mothers of the guys I've dated......and they all seem to have loved me.......Good luck!

Like the boy and show his mother that even though you really dont like her or she doesnt like you, still show respect. No guy will like a girl who doesnt show respect for his mother.

Youre not in the relationship with the mother. i think you should only be concerned with the mother when you and your boyfriend are planning on getting married.
