Tell her you like her and ask her out cause she might like you more than the other guy, say if you go out with the other guy first then you will be waiting for her if any thing goes wrong

Unfortunatly, when you've got a situation like this it's important to respect the girls wishes.
Also think about this. Put aside how much you think you like this girl. Do you really want to be with a girl who obviously has really bad taste in men. This girl is putting up with a guy that's not really into her. That right there lets you know she's either got self esteem problems or is with the guy for either monitary or social reasons.
Is that really what you want?
You know, dealing with girls like that only creates problems and unessesary drama. You don't need that hun. Trust me, if this young lady can't see she's being played....she's not for you dude. Best of luck to you though.

Of course he doesn't. That's why she's attracted to him. You're in a competition with every other man on the planet. You always will be. You win by being confident. Women are attracted to strength. Build successes in your life. They boost self-confidence. Women are uncanny in their ability to recognize that. Grow as a man, and you will grow more attractive. Period. Nothing else will make any real difference in her opinion of you.
