Yes. You should meet with a school official at the public school you want to send your child to. They will get you started in the enrollment process and help your child transfer to the new school as easily as possible.

i imagine human beings see some thing executed at homestead as "homeschooling." I do believe there's a large difference and that i imagine that in some techniques the usual public college at homestead courses have lots of the negatives of public faculties and ought to save human beings from pursuing courses which could be extra effective to their households. I also imagine this can be a device getting used by using the authorities to maintain administration and save a number of their funding. i imagine the authorities has a vested pastime in protecting human beings faraway from real homeschooling. although, i imagine for some households that is the protection information superhighway they opt to take their children out of the usual public college school room and there are a selection of advantages to doing so. i'm really pleased with them being lumped right into a similar type, yet I completely understand your element that they are 2 multiple issues.

It's public school. This is where your tax dollars go. Your child has every right to go to public school. If you have done a good job homeschooling, then placement tests shouldn't be a problem.

Yes. My mom teaches special education at a junior high school, and she usually has at least one ex-homeschooled child every year. Many have to be placed in special education classes for remedial help, but at least they still have 5 or 6 years to develop like normal children.
