and/or what angers you the most about Christians?

Most of who claim to be Christian aren't, and continually prove that they aren't when they show their bigotry, hatred, and intolerance for others around them. I don't like the whole "I'm holier than thou" attitude, the bible-thumping, believe-or-burn code that so-called Christians live by.
But I guess they don't count, because they're not really Christians. Come to think of it, I have yet to find a true Christian, one who loves all others regardless of who they might be, what they might believe in, and one who doesn't try to push their religion or their ways on others, with the threat of "you'll burn in hell if you don't!"
Do real Christians even exist anymore?

What bothers me the most is how alot of them do horrible things to other people but then "god forgives them" and everything is ok. But anyone who doesnt believe in god is going to hell in their minds. i believe in not doing bad things to begin with and it really makes me mad that bible thumpers think that after they do something horrendous like molest a child, all they have to do is ask god for forgiveness and then they are better than everyone else again...Frankly if there is a god and he lets that kind of person into heaven or whatever I dont want to be there!! Religion shouldnt be about forgiving people for bad things it should be about getting people not to do these bad things in the first place! Also I would never be a part of organized religion because throughout history all it has done is persecute others and try to force them to believe in their teachings...I mean how can you be a part of an organization that burned women at the stake in the name of a god who if he really exists according to the bible would never do that to another being??? It makes no sense!!! The thing that makes me angry about Christianity is the hypocritical nature of its followers!!

I am a christian. What angers me the most about christians, or any religon really, is how some use it as a power tool. I do also get irritated at those that only use the parts of their faith that fit them best.

Nothing about christianity angers me. Every Christian has their own cross in life to bear and a real christian knows what that is.
A real Christian also knows what God says about anger...

wow thank you for this post as a christian I found it interesting what u all think of us and some of it's true some are holier than thou some do lie, cheat and steal but one thing I've learned over the years is not all that say they r chrisitan r the word says u will know them by their fruit meaning lives. I can't and won't speak for others but am trying my best to live my life like Jesus. yes I stumble and fall but I repent (meaning turning away from what I was doing wrong) and get back up again.

Christianity, like all religions, is a belief that allows faith and an all powerful God to express personal opinion for the individual and somehow give it credence. I'm not saying that all christians are arrogant bastards. but those that are can be the most frustrating because they have God on their side.

nothing. im a christian, but i dont think that im better than non-christians, and your damn right i sin all the time.
What annoys me about some Christians though is how they try to act all "goody-goody" like they're sinless. And like they are not allowed to have fun. You know what i mean? They seem like wierdos. Just cuz someones a Christian doesnt mean that cant have fun.

the fact that most modern evangelicals don't follow the basic tenets and use it basically as a way to beat down those who they feel more righteous than. that most of them don't practice what they preach. that they anger people not with pious lives but with the impression of pious lives.

The many individuals who claim to be Christians but are really just using their religious attitude to promote themselves as better than others. They have given my religion a bad rep.

The hypocrisy, the deceit in the churches, the fact that church is just made up of a bunch of money hungry fakers.
I am a christian, I just like to think of myself as a jesusist. I hate organized religion, it can never be pure.
