It should be written on the Intake manifold. It's molded into the manifold, and you may need to look closely for it especialy if there is any grime build-up. Also a reminder, make sure you get the rotation of the distributor correct too, not to say that you don't know that but I once got it backwards and I was wondering why the engine kept back-firing when I was trying to start it.

1,5,4,2,6,3,7,8 is the firing order for all the FE engines. It is molded into the manifold behind the carburetor usually.
