It took me two years to achieve orgasam with my husband(then boyfriend) having sex. He could give me oral just fine, and I could pleasure myself just fine.
Find what works for you, and if you were having sex and want to achieve an awsome orgasam, I would use a toy to help out.
Everyone is different. Some people never orgasam. So whats best for me might not be for you. Experiment.
