I have gained weight im trying to loose weight by going to the gym and i like how the clavicle looks with shirts what kind of exersise can i do to make them pop out more?

The clavicle is a bone, not a muscle. You cannot change the volume of a bone. But you can work the muscles around it, including the pectorals at the front and the trapezes at the back.

I would not recommend specific exercises to a person I have never met. The trainers at the gym you go to will be able to teach you the correct exercises to achieve the results you want.

And remember, weight loss is a long-term endeavor.

ok... the clavicle or 'collar bone' being a bone is only going to grow to a fixed size, and nothing you do short of breaking it will make it 'pop out more'. Thinner people's bones tend to 'stick out' more... is this is the effect you want.
Exercises help shape and tone muscles. Diet control changes the fat content in your body.
Now -- If you just want it to SEEM that your clavicles are protruding, certain cosmetics can do that for you -- just a little bit of colour, tecture and shading - like all models do, especially for their cheek bones - you can apply the same prnciple to make your clavicles seem more prominent.

if you break it it pops out more. but it really hurts to break it. i broke mine when i was 2. and it still hurts. any way, i know what you mean. but i don't know if you can make it pop put more by excercising. unless your really heavy and then you loose the fat there. i don't no.

It's a bone.........so you would need to lose whatever weight is surrounding it. Good luck!

Cardio...it's a bone...you can't make it bigger... you need to lose the fat over the bone for it to show.
