Genuinely young man, I have seen bed-ridden old queens, who have had so much anal sex - to be blunt - buggery, that they have lost all control of their bodily functions and have to wear oversize incontinent pads. They have to sleep in beds raised at the foot end by nearly 12 inches to prevent their bodily fluid flowing out during the night. What a wonderful way to show your love for someone.
