can you help me with the plan to bulid a rocket with a range of about 15 miles. i only have gotten to 10 miles before the rocket explodes. i belive its the fuel. so plz give me plans to build a better rocket. the fuel is rocket fuel. also the stages wouldn't work. it only work to stage 2 out of 3 the it doesn't keep going. I need really bad help.

I recomend model rocket engines. As this is probably what you're using.
It's probably not supposed to explode huh. Probably occurs in the stage 2-3 exchange and this also means you don't know whether the chute works. Coupling is likely too tight. The chute probably does work, as it is simple using model engines. Straighter flight can be gained by "rifling" the fins.

mh.. I don't beleive you "real" have rocket fuel ...also hydrogen and O2 are very volatile and highly combustible substances(hence that they are rocket fuel...space shuttle..)
but you could use nitous oxide...or an air-breathing type of rocket..

watch the movie october sky. they have a great combustion sort of tube that sends off a great amount of force
