Right click on the picture and click Save Picture As. And then select the destination folder and click Save. However, some web sites disable the right click. If that were the case, there are couple tricks that you can do but I am not sure if I can post it in the public. Try it first and if that does not work, please let me know.

Are you sure you mean "on" a web page and not "from" a web page? "From" is easy, right-click your mouse, open your eyes, and then act.
"On" a web page is a totally different story..........if you have a web page, that is.......
That's why Techies use expressions like uploading and downloading, so no misunderstandings there.
