What body?

You do not say if the body is human or not.
If it is a "body" of work, then this is only a crime of wasted effort.
If it is a "student" or "political" body, then I would suggest someone hasn't voted yet.
If it has to do with hair, perhaps a session at a salon might do the trick.

yes a crime might have been committed, but whose to say what crime it is?? if there is no body there really is no true evidence to back up a murder case.

Who's body?
Evidence can prove a crime happened, you don't necessarily have to have the body. Jeffery Dahmer for example....Hitler for another........

Did you kill the person? Then yes, but it is tough to convict without a body, murder weapon, motive, and witnesses.
