Yes there is nothing wrong with blow drying your hair with a low heat, and far enough away so it causes no problem. most of the drying problems are to high a hear to close to the hair and scalp. make sure you use a good conditioner before like Aloe vera and I personaly use on myself and wife. Aloe First spray by F.L.P. it is not really for hair but is so fantastic after drying with a hairdryer.

Yeah i dry mine everyday. If you are using a brush to support drying it into a stayle make sure it is hairless and the right brush. You can also buy hair products to put in your hair before drying for extra resistance. I use Aussie 3 minute wonder once a week and I have coloured hair and it always looks shiney and healthy.

yeah but don't use high-heat all the time it can damage ur hair but u won't notice it.
