Swallowing is the appropriate way to finish the act you started, and likely feels better for the guy than you substituting your hand (or his hand) to get the job done...however I don't find the taste very pleasing so I don't choose to always swallow...
If guys would just learn some of the things they can eat that'll make their juice taste better for us, they might find some women much more willing to swallow!

Its just easier that way. If you don't, then what do you do with it? It stays in yer mouth longer if you spit. If you swallow, it just goes right down the back of your throat, and its out of your mouth so much faster than if you have to hold it there thinking about where to spit.
Can a guy really do anything about your juices when he goes down on you?

When a woman swallows she is letting the man know that she will do something special for him. That nothing about him is nasty. When women spit they give off the idea that something from me must not be clean.

what's the big deal? ok here is the deal. you are fooling around with this girl. would you rather have her get up, find a cup, spit it in the cup, and then go back to fooling around with her? nah you wouldnt. the moment just ruins itself cuz its been too long of a wait.
