There is a chocolate formula. But it is top secret, and if I revealed it to you, both of us would be executed for high treason to the gods of chocolate!

It is impossible for a 3 month old to say words. You are interpreting her babbling to be words and they aren't. She can't possibly know the word chocolate because at 3 months surely you aren't giving her chocolate. Check with the child's mom to see if you should ever give a baby that young chocolate. I'm sure she will nix that idea. The baby's tummy needs certain foods right now and her digestion and bowels could be easily be upset. If you're giving it to her without the mother knowing, you could be contributing to making the baby sick. Here's a good web site to help educate you about a baby that young's diet:

Chocolate contains a lot of sugar and caffeine, which is quite unhealthy. It is okay to consume it once in a while, but not on a daily basis.
I'm currently 5 months pregnant and is lactose intolerant, so I drink organic, chocolate soy milk to substitute regular milk. This is the main way for me to get calcium and to enjoy what I'm consuming.

My 15 month old gave her little cousin a taste of the "goods" over the weekend. I have to say that 12 week old was never happier. I'm really surprised all these "it's so bad for you" people out there aren't complaining that you even mentioned formula and started to tout the "naturally beneficial" traits of breast milk.
If you make they will come...

It would wreak havoc on a baby's intestines. It's far too complex to break down for the girl.
There are tons of studies and excellent reasons your sister should reserve her breast milk and feed it to the child at this critical stage, many having to do with developing brain and nervous system as well as immunity.
Sorry for the preaching. Mothers are blessings in ways you'll never know.
