From what your descibing i have just what you want. i got married three years ago atSandals Dunns River Resort in Ochios Rios, it is all-inclusive and for couples only. i will tell you up front when you first check the priceing you may think its to high, but i think right now they are running specials, and from first hand exsperience this place rocks the people are the best you have ever met, i will tell you this you will never hear the word no. these people go out of there way to serve you. www.tripadvisor has many photos and tons of reviews. on this place and many other. this place is not a party place but yet you still have tons of drinks and food flowing, and can have a great time. there was times when my wife and i felt like we were the only ones there in the pool. but yet if you want to find people you can do this two. also sandals has exchange prevlidges so you may go to there other resorts in the area, for the day, or for dinner. and its still all-inclusive. there lesser rooms are ok, but you can get nicier ones also. with a full mini bar, restocked 24 hours a day. but your not there just for the room, plus by the end of the day you do not care beause your so tired. we are going back next month, and we upgraded to a nicier room, but my self i would of went with the lesser rooms, they are still very nice. also sandals just built a new resort called the whitehouse out side of negril. we loved jamacia and most people i have talked to love it to. you still have to be a little careful out side the resorts, but really there no reason to leave because of all the stuff to do on the resorts. also try superclubs, and hedenism. but be warned hedenism has some resorts that are all nude, so check first. all right enough talk. check travelocity.com and tripadvisor.com tons of pitcures and reviews. go luck you can't go wrong with the caribbean. its great

Theres a bunch of all-inclusive Resorts in the Caribbean. Couple questions for you though(I am Owner of a Travel Agency):
1-What amenities are you looking for?
2-Keeping in mind that there's a lot of Carribean locales that offer "all-inclusive" Resorts, do you have a preference of locale?
3- How long at the Resort?
Those minor details aside, I think it is safe to say that there's lots of "all-inclusive" Resorts. Also understand that certain Resorts offer "extras" to honeymooners, upon request. If you could kindly either call, email me at: indysteve1563@yahoo.com, or reach me through Yahoo Messenger with your wish list, we can see which Resorts will fulfill your wants, needs, and criteria.
