theres this guy i work with and hes cool,we went to school together and we was in the same class and i was a freshman and he was a senior,and now we work together.he goes goofy stuff at work like cuss out loud and sometimes he just stares at me.one time he started massaging my shoulders and i had found out that next month hes moving out of state.anyways,he could be flirting with me but he flirts with some of the girls at work too.we talk sometimes when theres no orders or its not so busy and i just smile cuz hes funny and a nice guy.i was wondering if he could possibly like me and if so,should i date him?

I did exactly everything you just described to my first girlfriend while working weekends during high school. I was a flirt too but didnt do the massage , touch thing with other girls. We dated for 4 years till she move to college 2000 miles away. But, if he is moving, you may set yourself up for heartache. If you think you can not get heart involved go for it. But, come on, how many of us can not get attatched, especially with sex involved, if it will. Hey, look at it like this, if you need some play and dont want commitment, perfect opportunity.

YES he is flirting.... But the problem is it sincere or is he looking to get laid. Age old question when it comes to men. I would say compare how he flirts with you against how he flirts with others. If the flirting is all the same then he is just "baiting the water". If his attention to you is different then go for it.

well you said that he is leaving out of state, in that case i would not start something if he is leaving. and as far as him liking you, i would say yes, but he also likes all those other girls too, so i think he is just one of those guys who likes lots of girls not just one. so it is your choice, you could talk to him and ask him, but i dont know for sure that he wants to be exclusive with you, but the worst that can happen is that he says no right, so just ask! but remember the moving thing, make sure you are up for that.
