I am trying so hard to get over my ex. He has been playing me and I let him. He'll call me for phone sex, tell me he isn't seeing anyone and then when I saw a picture of them together he tells me that he didn't mean for it to happen. She is married and is in law enforcement. How do I move on from this. I am so let down that he is already saying love to her after 3 months.

Getting over someone that you truly cared about isn't always quick or easy, but eventually it will happen. Try to keep your mind occupied by doing things (with or without your friends) like going hiking, learning something new (take a class on making pottery?), read some books (NOT romance ones), volunteer to work with kids or seniors. Just fill up your empty time with other activities. It not only helps keep your mind off of the guy, but it brings new memories into your life...and maybe new friends as well.

Sunny, don't let any man make you cry, ok? Not every man is a dog, but when thry are dogs, the'll never change, so move on, and remember life is too short to complicate it with morons who refuse to leave your heart and thoughts.

you can move on. he is not worth your time or effort what is done is done. he has moved on and i know it may hurt but concentrating on other things will bring a positive outlook for you.it will definetly help in understanding who you are.next time he calls don't pick up until you are strong enough to say good bye for sure.
