He will have to wait and go to child support court first unless the attorney contacts the judge. He will have to pay a certain amount of the money he owes for child support or stay in jail until they believe it has satisfied the amount, and the amount will still be owed. He may not be in jail for only that, so it might be something to get checked out.

Um...I don't think she "payed" to get the warrant taken away. Not sure how that would work, unless she posted bond for him. Not likely. He can get out of jail by paying his bond amount, or his back child support, whatever the case may be. Call the jail and ask this question. They'll help you by telling you exactly what it will take to spring him.

His bond amount should be the amount he owes in back child support. It's called a "purge" amount. He has to pay that to get out of jail.

Apparantly, it has not been processed yet through the clerks office, when it is..then they should inform the jail that it is paid, and he should be released.
