get a stone oven, then....well jk
you can use a stone made for it, as it will hold the temp inside your oven just below the crust and will mimic the stone oven. It isn't just like it but close and remember that the stone will be VERY HOT afterwards

You dont' need a stone oven, just a stone pizza block, its a fraction of the cost and bakes pizzas perfect every time. Plus it is fantastic if you have leftover pizza. Stick it in the oven on a pizza block and you keep the fresh crispy taste.
It runs you about $30 and apparently you can cook more on it than pizza.
Good luck :)

Try a pizza screen - looks like a pan but has lots of holes in it. Put on rack in middle or a little below middle of oven. Make sure oven is 475 degrees or hotter before baking.

You really need a pizza stone for this one. You can buy pre-made pizza dough from a grocery store, or the local pizzeria. The trick is, take the dough out of the fridge about two hours before you are going to use it. (Depending on your climate--if it is really hot out, make it an hour). The additional rising will create the bubbles you are looking for...enjoy!

Make sure the oven is HOT before you put in pizza and you could get a Pizza stone that you place in oven to cook on.
MAke sure your dough isnt too sticky to start either.

Go to home depot. For 99 cents you can get a NON glazed tile. Use that as a pizza stone.
Get the oven really going and use the tile in the oven.
Simple.

If you are making your own dough, roll it pretty thin, add sauce and toppings. Bake directly on the rack. This will make it crispy. Let it bake until you have bubbles.

Docking the dough will help the steam escape from the dough without causing bubbles. You "dock" a dough by poking holes in it with a fork. (Much like people do to a fruit pie with a top crust- it keeps the steam from causing a giant bubble in the middle)
