If it is a bad cut she probably already knows. If she tells you she doesn't like it, then just help her figure out what is wrong with it,then after it grows awhile go with her to have it fixed. In the mean time help her figure out ways to style it. Having a bad hair cut sucks,trust me, I know, I'm growing one out right now and you don't need anyone telling you that it sucks.

Well of he or she is really your best friend,you should not lie because she will figure out the truth a one point or another.If you don't tell her or him,their feelings will be more hurt than they ever were then you have a bigger chance of losing him or her as your best friend.Say somthing lik..."I do not not mean to hurt your feelings but Iam saving you from further embaressment,your haircut looks a little bad."Iam sorry".I hope you take my advice and I hope it work as good it did with my best friend.Goodluck!

That is your best friend. If you lie to her face, or are anything less than completely honest, you are no better than her worst enemy. Tell her that her haircut is awful and try to help her fix it until it grows back in.

Get her over to a reputable hair salon and warn her that if she ever goes back to that other place,you'll beat her like a step child that owes you some money.

I would tell her the truth - immediately. Because I expext the same from my friends. Imagine YOU run around with horrible hair and nobody tells you!

tell her the way u feel about it put urself in her shoes would u want someone u don't kno or isn't ur friend telling u ur hairstyle isn' t for u. this is something u can say hey that hairstyle just isn't u mayb we should try to fix it up and then u can do mine!!

tell her how u feel about her hair cut before some1 else tells her & her feelings get hurt. Be a true friend don't let her walk around embbrassing herself. GOOD LUCK!

you dont say anything. You try to fix it for her while your "doing each other's hair". Like , try to find a way that it looks good, than always compliment her when she wears it like that, and always tell her she should wear it like that when you guys are going out together.

That depends on how old she is. If she is younger like early teens I probably wouldn't say much. If she is older than tell her she can take it
