Wikipedia has a pretty good entry. Specifically, it has a list of clues of MSbP behavior.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Munchausen_syndrome
If you think the child is in immediate danger, call the local police department. They can send an officer to your house, and you can explain the situation.
If the child seems to be safe for the time being, contact Children's and Family services, and make a claim. Most states allow anonymous claims, but some don't.
Good luck. I hope the child can be somewhere safe soon!

Are they prescription medications. If they are, are they from the same doctor. You can't just jump to conclusions. They may need the medications.

She does have it I think.
Maybe the docs should be more ethical and should police this sort of thing. Even though they are trained to find diseases and are well rewarded for prescribing, they really should pronounce people well sometimes too. I guess the kids are stuck with that evil mom though.

Do you know her family to talk with them?
Do you know her well enough to discuss their medical in a non-threatening way?
I suppose the last resort is child services with your suspicions.

if you can talk to the mother about going to a dr do that or maybe talk to the kids father and see if he has the same thoughts. if nothing works you could call csb and have them look into it.
