believe in him without some good proof or evidence that I can accept, does that mean that I was made to be an atheist and go to hell. Because I grew up in a christian family and was active in church, but it never felt right or believable to me, ever. So to me that deels like a big F U from God , if he exists. If he choses who he wants in his family or camp, he never chose me even though I was open to it for many years...............nothing, am I the anti-christ or something? Since you're Mr.All-Knowing F.U. right back
O.K. abuse me ye zealots, I don't care anymore!!!!

listen to me, if there is a god he or she or it loves you, forget the drabble about believe without proof

i know this cause i was made the same way, i require proof, not just heresay or a book!

god loves you, dont forget that, even if it has never been made real, keep in the corner of your mind that if there was a god you were made perfect the way you are in the eyes of that god,

and that you dont need to change anything for god,

christians say you have to (fill in the blank) that blank is different amougnst the denominations,

they all quote their version

god loves you, and if you believe as i do, that if there was a god god loves me and you,

forget about it, forget them

forget there john 3.16 and 4.16 or any verse they have

shroud yourself in the truth of god, that if it exists, it made you just the way you are

We can only understand God thru the things that are made. He didn't give us spirit detectors. We were made with 5 senses and each one is focused on the physical the natural. You are not the anti-christ, you are to be commended for being honest because many people feel the same way but are afraid to say so. Most religions are seeped in customs and tradition and has nothing to do with the truth. I will start by telling you something simple. The excistance of God can be proved. God is a pattern and everything in the universe reflects this pattern. It is a 3-fold unity but mankind calls it a trinity. Some examples: Earth is land, sea & air, an atom is a proton, neutron & electron, time is seconds, minutes, and hours or past, present, and future, an egg has a shell, eggwhite, and a yoke, mankind has a head cavity, chest cavity and abdominal cavity, what about a hand, arm and shoulder or a foot, leg, and thigh...I can go on and on with more examples but it is all pointing up to the unity of the spirit, The Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit and these 3 are one! And here's another one, God is up above the sun moon and stars but the only place you are gonna find him is within yourself talk to him within your self and he will give you the answers that you seek. Man is made up of body, soul, & spirit. For a physical reflection of how God can be everywhere at the same time, look at the sky, there is no place where the sky is not and it is everywhere at the same time. You see how we have to look at physical things in order to understand spritual things? Go to the suggested website, there is a wealth of information there. Don't give up, as long as there is the breath of life there is hope and we all breathe.

Sorry, I am not sure exactly what you're asking.

I know you're not the antichrist though. The Bible says there are antichrists (plural). Anti means "against" so an antichrist is simply anyone who is against Christ.

No one was made to be an atheist. It's a choice. Some of us choose to believe in God, others do not.

Sadly, I see the Christian bashing has already begun. Don't believe me?

"I can sense the words "Free will" coming very soon... :) "

“Good question...I can't wait to here the Christians answer this one. “

"Shh...thar be zealots aboot..."

And while I'm on the subject, I really don't think it's fair nor accurate to label all believers as zealots, or whatever you choose to call us. I don't think all atheists are arrogant, pretentious jerks, even though I know some are. I am quite sure some of you non-believers are nice, decent people who choose to not believe in God. I do think you're mistaken, but that is your business.

Just my two cents worth.

Maybe you have never been in a church in a service where you felt the presence of God. In a revival service, or after an inspiring message often a person call feel the loving presence of God in such a way that you want to get to know Him. If you went to a church that was highly structured and ritualistic, then I understand where you are coming from. God is real and I hope you will give Jesus a chance in your life, try an Assembly of God, Pentecostal Holiness, or Pentecostal Church of God church, some non denominational churches have wonderfull praise and worship, that's where you will usually feel the presence of God. I wish you the best. You were created to worship God and be His child, He loves you.

I think you do believe, I think you know there is a god. you can't be an anti-christ and not believe there is a christ or God or whatever. I believe you learned to hate god by a reason only you would know. perhaps those who raised you did not follow God but lived as hypocrites. maybe you prayed to god to get you out of your situation and maybe he did just that he pushed you completely away from your situation. prayer is powerful and does get answered but the sad part is people do not know how to ask and something the answer may be no. but all get answered. I do not see that God would turn his back on you but you turned yours on him because you just didnt want to believe or accept. Only God is all knowing ----Me I am a work in progress and I do not have all the answers but I do not need all of them. At one time I was standing where you are now and it took me many years to finally understand. I didnt hate god i just could not understand and everything I asked him I got no prove but it isnt about prove I decided I would only ask for knowledge and wisdom to understand to be a better person. the day came and now I have the answers I was seeking. God owes no one nothing and the door is always open. he does not decide who enters but he does decide who stays because he will not allow someone to destroy his house.
You lost something as a child that made you turn your back and not only hate god but also made you not trust man - we both know what that something is. god didnt protect you man let you down. you have lived with the pain of your life and now you lash out. But you know what I love you anyway and why you might ask because I am a child of God and even those you have lost your way you are a child of god as well as is every soul on this planet.

You're exactly right.

Romans 9:21 - 23 God makes some for glory and some for destruction.
Psalms 58:3 The wicked are wicked from birth.

And on and on. Freewill is an illusion to an all knowing God. That God creates you they way that fits within his plan and if that means you are damned well so be it. After all heaven is all about God anyway so why should this be any different.

First of all I feel sorry for you.

Not because you are an Athiest, but by how you sound. It sounds to me that you are an Athiest that has tried to be understanding of others, but with all the Zelots on here and in the World you can take no more. I feel sorry that you had to go through that.

See in being all religions I can use a Wiccan belief to understand Athiests. (No, I don't just pick and choose what I want to believe. I have studied religion in depth to know what my beliefs are)

One of the Wiccan beliefs is that we all have our own chosen path. No to me it's not exactly destiny, but I will explain. See we are all different and differences are normal and are suppose to happen. (Yes, now I'm getting into a tad Budism).

You see religion has to exsist and so does nonreligion. Without one there can not be the other.

You see with all these diffences is what makes us us. If we were all the same would we truely be ourselves?

As for you being the antichrist, no you are not. As for God punishing you for not believing in him/her I don't believe he/she will.

I mean if you believe in God and say all Athiests are going to Hell then you are saying everybody is going to Hell. Because you believe that not believing in God is a sin and sinners go to Hell. Since there is nobody in the World without sin then everybody is going to Hell.

I don't believe I have ever sinned, if I did then it's that I didn't believe I had a sinned. (in other words vanity)

wow, I bet you feel terrible and want nothing more to do with Godly things because, because, well its so hard to love God without proof that he could care about little ole you. Before you quit completely, get a bible that has what Jesus, the son of God says printed in red, and just read the red. Too much of Christianity follows the reasons why God sent his son and almost ignores the truths Jesus shared with all of us, not just the men. Then ask Jesus into your heart and you will never turn away again. God is faithful, but we have to use Jesus to reach him. Thats a fact few trinitarians remember or learn.

We were not created differently, we were manifested equally billions of years ago. Our choices and circumstances along the way have made us all different.

The Judeo-Christian god is not a real god. That is the problem you are having. Many have gone through a similar crisis to yours.

The Original Creator, who is not omnipotent or omniscient, but who was advanced enough in God Consciousness to orchestrate The Big Bang, is not here yet, and had nothing to do with the formation of all the world's religions. Which is why all of them have large gaps of confusion and ignorance in their theology.

The First Coming has yet to occur.

Yes God created each of us differently and the only thing that is making it hard for you to believe is the fact that you don't want to. It is easy to blame God for all that goes wrong but for someone who does not believe and does not what to believe it is just as hard to praise Him for the things that go right. Your problem is not that you don't believe your problem is that you don't want to believe. I'm sorry but i don't believe you are open to Him or were you ever, because if you were open, believe me He would have come in. Your questions make me wonder though since you say you were raised in a Christian family, if someone somewhere is not on their knees for you and you will one day come to know Jesus as Lord. Don't be surprise if it is not today
