I know this may sound silly, but if you have to clean the house, dance. Put some really bad music on that makes you move and just start cleaning. Keep your heart rate steady and you can clean the house and burn some calories.

In today's fast-paced world, it is really less a question of finding time and more a question of MAKING time.
It all works on the economic principle of "opportunity cost." Every hour you spend doing something is an hour you can't spend doing something else. So the answer comes down to priorities. If you move exercise higher on your list, you'll make time - but be warned it will be at the expense of something else - be it sleeping, cleaning, working, etc.
Something I would recommend is based on the finding that people who exercise have more energy. With this in mind, perhaps try getting out of bed 45 minutes earlier to get in a good run. The extra energy you get from a run 3 or 4 days a week should be more than enough to accommodate your earlier rise time.

Finding time is impossible. You have to make time. Wake up earlier, working out will give you the energy you need. Try working out while cleaning the house. Incorporate cleaning into exercise. Good Luck.

Try making your cleaning part of your exercise, clean twice as fast to get your heart rate up and break a sweat, and you will also have it done faster which should give you enought time for a 10 minute jog, remember a little exercise is better than no exercise.

bike to work. walk to work. walk around a lot at work. take the stairs. dance, hop & skip while you clean house. hire a housekeeper. do yoga in the shower or bath. Exercise while you are driving. Yes, you can. Or sitting at your desk.
Get a job that requires less investment of your time. Move closer to work. Change your life to make room for fun, hobbies, relationships. It is about your values. You don't want to make room in your life for exercise. You probably prefer work and like a super clean house. It's your choice.

it is not a matter of finding time. It is making the time. I work midnights and I am dog tired when I get home, but my dogs deserve better than that. Unless it is raining they get a short walk then, another when I get up, and another before I go for a nap before I go to work. I also mow the lawn, can't depend on anyone else to do it. Excercise can be combined with housework. Deep knee bends while dusting. Lunges while vacuuming. Isotonic while doing the dishes or on the compter. It is tough however.

You make time. Skip the housework, better to live in a pigsty and have a healthy, attractive body than to be fat and have a coronary. If you are compulsive about cleaning, workout during your lunch hour and breaks. Lift during the lunch hour and take two 15 minute walks. Eat while your working, eat a meal replacement bar or shake.

Go to a gym at lunch.
Go to a gym before work.
Stop cleaning so much.
Work out at like 4PM.
If you cant find time still, just eat less and try to move more at work.

If you have a roommate/husband/kids tell them to help with the cleaning and chores around the house.
I always get up even earlier and sleep less so I get my exercise time in. That's more important to me than killing some dustbunnies.

The best thing for you to do would be get up early, maybe half an hour and work out first, then do your cleaning.
