I don't mean the Michelina or Stouffer's or Lean Cusine kind, I mean the Swanson kinds with a meat, mashed potatoes, with corn or beans and a apple/cranberry or apple crisp or brownie dessert all in one tray. Are they healthy? Cause they r cheap and I love eating all the different kinds and I don't have much to clean up.

I know what u mean. I love them too!

It's food, but it's not as healthy as eating a real meal. Packaged items that's microwaved are just temporary dinners on those days your just too lazy to do anything else. If you want to stay or be healthy, make/buy real food (that doesn't mean BK or McDonald's either!)

Hope that helps!

Nope, they go heavy on the salt, sugar, and fat to make them taste good.

Amys brand does some pretty good tasting vegetarian options that aren't as wimpy as lean cuisine and so on.

No. They are not healthy, as you cannot control the amount of anything that is put in it. It is ok to enjoy it occasionally, but regularly eating it is not good.

No not really. They have lots of sodium for preservation purposes. Fresh is the best!
