Not sure what you mean by "regular". At any rate, they can be fried, baked or grilled. Here's a recipe to try.
Apple Delicious Pork Chops
Serves 4
4 boneless pork chops(about 1 lb.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
2 tsp. canola oil
2 Golden delicious apples(peeled, cored, and thinly sliced)
2/3 cup apple cider or juice
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
Season the chops with salt, pepper and thyme. Heat oil over med.-high in a large skillet. Brown chops on both sides. Reduce heat to med. and add apples, 1/2 cup of cider or juice, and brown sugar. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the chops reach an internal temp of 160F. Meanwhile, mix remaining apple cider or juice with the cornstarch. Remove the chops and apples from the skillet and keep warm. Stir cornstarch mixture into the pan juices; cook and stir until thickened. Spoon sauce over the porkchops and serve.

I m a little old style, I leave it to season for a few hours. I use various seasoninngs but the one I use the most is Lime, garlic, salt and pepper, Adobo (buy it at walmart) and onions. I cook it in the oven and put the onions in later whenever they are almost done so it wont overcook the onions. But I love it and I put some sliced potatos in whenever cooking so the potatos will absorb the juice, I love it. My husband doesnt like the potatos too much but I do....

It all depends on the method that you're cooking it and the size of the pork chops.

coat them in your favorite bread crumbs and seasonings. Put in a baking dish on a wire rake, add a little water to the bottom of the baking dish and bake at 350 for about 50 minutes.

Most of the time, I fry them. If I'm in an interesting mood, I'd put em' in the Foreman grill. They taste better if you BBQ them in a marinade.
