LOL, that happens to me. Only I don't pump...I ALWAYS have to pee as soon as I sit down to nurse the baby. I think it's a coincidence but it is really annoying!

If your baby is still very young, then nursing, or pumping will cause uternine contractions, which basically shrink your uterus back to prepregnancy size. This causes a "shake-up" on your insides which could lead to increased pressure on your bladder.

Nursing and pumping cause the uterus to contract, which can put pressure on the bladder, which causes the sensation of needing to urinate.

well i understand where you are coming from... those dang breastpumps are a hazard to our health sometimes.
I felt like a cow being milked at a dairy farm.
but as far as the pee thing i'm guessing that due to the sensitivity nature of our breast that might trigger something?????
