There is this girl that I am shy with but I like her very much. One day I decided that I would tell her that I like her looks(she has the best butt ever!) but that I would do it indirectly. I told her that there is a picture of a very good looking women on a restaurant restaurant and that it looks like her. She immediately told me that the picture must be pretty bad and I found out that she thinks that she is not very good looking.

Every teenager is essentially insecure. She seems to be more insecure than usual and has low self-esteem.
Whatever you do, don't try to BS her about herself ... that would work against you. Just be honest with her.
It will take you a little time to build her up ... but it's important that you do it. You'll be a better person for having done it, too ... even if it doesn't result in a long-term relationship.

I believe 95% of women lack confidence. The most beautiful woman feel a little bad about a part of the body.
Just think about, why do woman stare at each other? Because of lack of confidence. Men don't do that !! I believe all women should be like men and love are body regards of the imperfection.

I am like that, too!!! When I was little, everyone always paid attention to my sister and said stuff like, "Where's your boyfriend?" and never said that to me, which made me kind of sensitive when I got older. Guys say I'm pretty now, and I still don't believe it. Maybe she has lack of confidence because of how she was taught as a child, or maybe someone told her she was ugly when she was little and still thinks about that. Tell her the other good qualities she has, the things that make her beautiful even more than her looks (like if she's a nice person, creative, etc.). She might like that.

No all women do not lack self confidence. There could have been a past relationships that brought her self-esteem down and she needs rebuilding in that part of her life. It could even be her family upbringing, the only thing that you can do is compliment her and let her know how beautiful she is. It will take some time for her to see what you see, but if you like and care for her you can do it.

Most women have low confidence if any at all, and I think it is because they aren't super models. Just keep letting her know you think she is beautiful in little ways and you could score ya a date! Never stop making her feel beautiful.

not a lot of women think of themselves as gorgeous unless they're just plain *** bitchy. 2 /3rds of the US is overweight but maybe thats not her issue. Tell her she's beautifull to you even if she thinks the world of more beautiful... you get what i mean?
