Just kidding, this is a serious issue for some people. I assume you are referring to "unnatural" s#x. This question is listed under health, so let's go over some health issues here.
Right off this is a type of sex addiction. Secondly there is the matter of hygiene and disease. Another concern is that oral sex tends to mess the mouth up.
The addiction part is a psycological/emotional issue. Liking or disliking has to do with emotions, psycological concerns, as well as physiological concerns.
The s#x act affects our neuronervous system and so we tend to at least temporarily lose the ability to reason that there might something more desirable on a higher level.

I like to eat my GF out because I know she likes it. Its something we do for two reasons: 1) To get Head in return. 2) Because she likes it.

Yes, but you must be clean!!!!!!!!! Trimmed would be nice too, unless you have light color hair. Dark hair MUST be trimmed. Don't use any perfume right on it because it won't taste right. Flavored oils are always welcomed.
