You're giving credit to the wrong person, for their conversion.
God is the "ONLY" one who can change the hearts of people...He may choose to use someone else to be the instrument for that purpose, but it's always God who can be accredited with such "miracles"
(It's always a miracle when someone gives their heart to the Lord.)
