Ok to have sex in th uk and most places 16, in america 18.
Biologically and emotionally from experience with mates Id say late 13/14/15 ish may be good for first dates or first kisses but not much more...
Sweetheart look into eyes, soppy teen dream stuff.
15-16 Id expect interest in more touchy snogging...
A lot of this with parents keeping things under control ie you on a leash getting longer that can be pulled in...
late 15, 16,17 early 18 somewhere in there Id expect you to develop to full sex.... but having done the hand job, boob job, bloy/jb him lick you out stuff first ... ie you dont decide you are going to do it...
You practice with condoms on fake willies from 15 onwards so later when you do do it you know what you are doing with them...
before you go any fuurther then kissing and light making out you get on the pill...
You also understand this...
Anyway shape or form an sperm cells can get in your girlie bits can get you pregnant and you have to have a morning afer pill straight away...
ie when taking off the condom he gets sperm on fingers then rubs your bits... gets you pregnant, splashes and squrts on target works its way in and can get you pregnant.
if it gets on your leg and its wet... sperm swims remeber... it can find its way in,
Under no circumstances EVER have sex where he pulls out or you use dates or periods or any **** like that ever unless on the pill or actually trying to get pregnant...
As soon as te willy gets hard... ie emits drops of sperm wit lubricate... therefore willy gets in you can get pregnant from the lubricating sperm even if he pulls out, likewise if shot on butt and it dribbles down...
In other words you can get pregnant whilst still a virgin and many do

So as said you work your way up slowly form holding hands stuff to all the way late in highschool
Don't do things too early you will regret it... and be open with parents...
Get them to learn you are safer kissing your boyfriend with tem in the house where you can shout for help then if they make you go elsewhere.
But Id say 14 for dates... but rookie ones

How old are you? Most girls begin dating way too young. What does your mom say? If you are an early teen then I would say group get togethers only. Probably 16 or 17 is the right age to have a date if you are mature and can be trusted. Listen to your parents they are the ones that care about you the most.

when you are old enough to be responsible maybe even at 14 as long as you respect your self and trust the other person but to get intamate definat;y over 16 and best after 21 ??

16 + to date seriously. If you want to date before that then go out with someone of the same age and NO SEX before sixteen!!!!!

most parents like a kid to start dating around 16. it's just a nice number. but if you go on'group dates' the parents only think of it as a group gathering.

there is no legal age limit for going out with someone. but there is no point going out with someone if it is not real love.
