Just tell him how much you appreciate him. Tell him he is the best thing since sliced cheese/bread.

It's give and take,situation. But for any man to have his ego lifted,can only be done from within. You,can stand by his side. But all the decision's has to be made for him,is by him. Oh,and to listen to him is good too. Have a nice weekend.
