Long Island Iced Tea, why?
If well made it's delicious... and gets you where you want to be.
Its hard to make at home becuase most people won't invest in all the ingredients needed to make just this one cocktail, so when going out its a great chance to take advantage of the fadilities of a full bar.
my recept
2cl(about 1 oz.) Wodka
2cl Rum
2cl Gin
2cl Tequila
2cl Triple Sec
2cl Lime juice
shake with ice, pour into 0.4Liter glass(about 16oz.)
Dash of sprite and fill the remainder of glass with coke.

I would have to say that my recent favorite (past 3 years) has bene the Cosmopolitan. It makes me feel sophisticated holding it and it's a sexy drink in a martini glass. Not to mention that it is mild, but not too sweet and you can still taste the alcohol.

Sangria!!
Red wine, a shot of vodka, freshly sliced oranges, lots of ice, one shot of simple syrup and some pineapple juice. LOVELY!!!!
