I have this friend, and she's been with her boyfriend for over a year now, and she loves him and they have a great relationship with eachother. But just recently an old crush from her past came back into her life. He NOW likes her alot. She is totally confused. She wants to still be with her boyfriend but she is wondering if she should give the guy from her past a chance. She's been talking to this guy for a few days and they've gone out for ice cream and have had some serious talks about eachother. She wants to be with him but can't decide wether to break up with her boyfriend and go with the guy from her past or stick with her boyfriend. What do you think she should do?

Tell your "friend" to commit to her current boyfriend or not. There are always going to be things that test a relationship. This is one of them. If she is in doubt now, then maybe the relationship is not a strong as she thought (on her part). If so, break it off, and pursue what you/she wishes. Otherwise stop flirting with a fantasy from the past.

hey sweetie to be honest i have been in the situation and i thibnk if she is having any doubt at all that her and her boyfriend will work they won't because the whole time she will be thinking of someone else maybe it would be best that she let him go and like the saying goes if he comes back it was meant to be maybe in her time away she should give the other guy a chance and see who she has more chemistry with and i also think she should explain to her boyfriend that she does really care about him its just something that needs to be done so she knows shes doing the right thing

First of all she really needs to weigh the pros and cons of both relationships and then take it from there. Have her make a list of their good qualities versus the bad...then have her lay out the reason why she loves/likes each of them, tell her to use her head and not her heart while doing this...that way her feelings won't get in the way while she is making her list.

You see, love is a funny thing...it could be good or it could be bad!

The 1 who loves u will always treat u better than the 1 u love. When u c this love is true, u'll return it 2.

If she is happy with the one she is with she should not entertain any other, if she is not happy she should leave him. Some people say be with the one who loves you and not the one you love. Reason being they will be true and faithful to you, but I guess you also will want to be true and faithful to them, so I think you should be with the one you love and the one who loves you in return.
