When I do the caffeine kick its usually day 3 that gets me the worst. Then just a gradual ache for 2 days after. Good luck and hang in there.

With me, the caffiene headaches go away almost at the time I get the next cup of coffee. Caffeine is, to my knowledge and experience, not a bad thing, used in moderation. The Coke thing is loaded with sweeteners from which you are also withdrawing, it might not just be caffeine. Coffee has anti-oxidents which are helpful in body maintenance. We need oxygen but, over time it acts as an oxident does on metal (rusts) and breaks down cells. SO replace your caffeine source with a small cupp of coffee once in a while. No headaches and you live beautiful - longer!

By doing something you enjoy and feel you are good at, helps build new competencies. You are saying to yourself that the anxiety path is not one you want to travel down anymore and that you will put your focus elsewhere.
The more time you give to following these rewarding pursuits, the easier it is for your body to relax and return to a natural state of peace.
Combine this with my ONE MOVE technique and people often look back weeks later and wonder if it was really them who was so anxious all the time. Note, it normally takes a few weeks to reduce feelings of general anxiety. That is the standard amount of time to come back to feeling more yourself.
Let me remind you that I am here to work with you if you want to learn more about my course and the One Move technique which has turned so many peoples lives around.
I’m so confident that my program will help you conquer your anxiety, that I offer a 8 week trial. If you do not benefit from the course you can have your money refunded immediately.
My course Panic Away has proved highly successful with both long and short term sufferers of panic attacks.

with me until the next coke or cup of coffee, if you want to stop drinking caffeine, ween yourself from it a little at a time so your body don't go into shock (headaches) then before you know it, you will not want or need it.
good luck

You aren't helping it by drinking more...and if you eat chocolate, that will make it worse, too. Get through two full days free of the stuff, and it should go away. If it doesn't, go to the Dr. because it isn't just a caffeine headache.

Could be up to a week. You can "wean" yourself a little more slowly off the caffeine and potentially forgo the headaches by mixing caffeine and decaf (or if it's soda, then caffeine free), then easing off the caffeine portion day by day until you're totally done with it.

For me, it's usually a couple of days. Ever thought of weaning yourself off instead of going cold turkey? That way no headache!
