Dont break up with him, its most likely shyness. Trust me on this one, I am one of the shy guys, it took me forever to at least hug a girl. Try making the first move, try and break him outta his shell.

You are still a child in front of others. You may feel that you are grown up and you have every right to have a boy friend. Nothing wrong in that, but the truth is until and unless you become 18 years you will be treated like child not only by your boyfriend also by others also.

Men can seem a bit cold at times, but 4-5 months is a long time for this amount of touching to persist.
I'd attribute it to your age personally. Just wait for him to grow up a bit more and he'll be all over you ;)

I think that 13 is too young for any kind of relationships at all. Tell him it's not working out and dump him. If you really want t keep him, talk to him about it. Maybe things will change.

he's thirteen, he's too young andd immature right now. so, find a real guy maybe just a lil older than you and get with him instead. older guys are more mature trust me. not too much older, i think the oldest i would go is maybe 2 years older for right now k.
by the way im 14 and my bf is 17 he's perfect and we have so much in common.

if i uderstand human behavior correctly i think your boyfriend is shy,timide and lacking self confindence,and maybe has fear of rejection,usualy this type of behavior changes with a few drinks and it is also possible that he might get addicted to alcohol to feel better about himself, meditation or art therapy can do wonders for him tell him to try it out,this is just my opinion and i hope it helps you.
