Flirting is one way, but eye contact is really important. When I like a guy, I will look straight into his eyes when I am talking to him. There is always something in the eyes that will let you know. Also, try talking to her and look her straight in the eyes. If she can't look you back, then she probably likes you. It's real hard when you like someone and they look you in the eye to look them back, it's almost as if it makes you vulnerable. Try looking her in the eyes and see if she looks away. Chances are she likes you.
