my lab is a certified lizard hunter. She just picked one up when i let her out, and usually i just let her eat 'em but i saved this one, he's shedding his skin, he can move, but not much, and his head is tilted to the side

is there any way i can help him, or just leave him outside for a snake or something to eat?

My cat does that too. He fancies himself a panther. Just leave him be and if he is meant to live he will hobble off somewhere. My cat always pukes after he eats them. It is gross. The ones where I live lose their tails as a defense mechanism. It freaks me out. The vet said that it probably happens so quick they don't hurt, but I wonder.

Sounds like he might have broken bones. :You can call your city's division of wildlife or a rehabilitation center and see if they can help. Alot of out wildlife is hurt and killed by our domestic pets. Try to do your part by not letting them kill or hurt wildlife if you can.
