The things that are happening in Iraq to our Troops is the tell tale sigh of their moral, and moral is bad in Iraq!

The troops are stuck in a bloody morass in Iraq, so get off your a**, and lets get the troops home.

First of all it is 'morale' not 'moral.'

And your political opinions do not enable you to estimate the level of morale of the troops.

Hint: The best way to estimate morale is to look at the re-enlistment rate. (But that would tend to indicate high morale so you will ignore it.)

The morale of our troops has a lot to do with how they feel they are being perceived and supported by the people they are fighting to protect (ie: YOU and ME). I can't imagine it is very helpful to their morale to hear how much everyone just wants to cut and run. WE need to get behind our country and support the ultimate goal, and realize that this IS something worth fighting for. If the troops don't feel they are there for a good reason, don't you think it would be hard to have a positive attitude about what they are expected to do? Supporting our troops means alot more than wishing they were home...

The troops can see for themselves what is going on and what is being accomplished. Have you been to Iraq and seen what is really happening? I think not.......I believe its best to leave our troops there as requested by the freely elected government of Iraq and let us finish our job. In the meantime, use your time wisely and get a clue.
