A girl asked me out and I want to go with her. Some of my relatives think that it is wrong for her to do this and do not want be to go out with her.

Sometimes if one of you is too shy to ask; things might not progress;asking you out doesnt mean she is holding the reigns;she is showing you she is interested but if you are not the type to make the first move then go for it. relatives and friends are always there to guide you but they will never know your feelings; only you do.

Why? It is not medieval times! It is the year 2006 and you don't have to rub two sticks together to make fire anymore! If you like her, go out with her and enjoy yourself. You know if you don't you will regret it. OK have fun.

What do you care what other people think? if you like her and feel that maybe you two can hit it off then who cares who made the first move. Ask yourself this. Would you have approached her if she hadn't?
