I make a mix of the eggs and some milk never had a problem but I use olive oil not butter I tried 2 use butter once and that did start 2 burn mainly I think because the burning point of butter is quite low compared 2 the heat required to cook the eggs

You probably have the heat up too high. I actally cook my eggs on medium heat, it does take longer but I like my eggs soft and sooked slowly instead of quickly. I add a little milk and usually I use EVOO or Smart Balance butter to coat the pan. I whisk the eggs and add just a bit of milk and whisk that all together and then i pour it in. You have to watch it bc you don't want it to cook for too long or for the sides to crust over. I am constantly shifing it so nothing sticks and it is all fluffy and softly scrambled.
