God always wants us to meet a few wrong people to be able to meet the right one... Ok i am no expert but if you truly want to get over your ex then you will. As long as you allow yourself to move forward. If you dwell on all the negative that happened in the relationship corrupt your memories then yes you will dwell. The past is the past and yes if it was an ugly break up then something went wrong but dont think of it as wasted time just tell yourself that you now have the opportunity to find the right one and its a good thing you broke up cuz you now have the chance to be happy and the only thing you can do is wish him a happy life too. the only way to get over an Ex is to see someone else. this does not have to be an exclusive one on one--go out with a group of friends at first. soon you will find someone that you would want to get to know better and go out with him.
Stop waiting for your ex to call, stop wondering what he is up to, stop reading his emails and text messages. Find your own place in the world and go from there.

The only thing i can suggest is time. There is no cure for a broken heart except time...you cant buy a pill or rememdy. Do some soul searching. Remember who you are and that you are worth having someone decent in your life. Anyone who would leave your heart in so many peices isnt worth your time or your tears.

just take the time to heal, so that way you dont end up attaching yourself to the first guy who shows some interest because yourlonely. Hang out with firends, save up for a day spa package. you dont neccissarily have to get rid of everything that reminds you of him, but at least pack it away. just remember that the two ofyoubroke up for a reason, and if he didnt give you a reason than hes a jerk and doesnt deserve to be missed. when your ready to let someone in again youll feel it

You take your time and never repeat the mistakes you made in the last relationship. Also don't dwell on the failure because it happens. You both grow apart and that is natural- you develop different interests and you have to be true to yourself. Never give up on life and people. We learn from the bad things even though they hurt us and make us stronger. I wish you a happy future in whatever you do.

u have to just think that even if u did consider that ur soul mate...who ever heard only one person in the whole world can be ur soul mate. just look around im sure when u find someone cuter talk to him and maybe he will be ur next soul mate and as for opening ur heart again...u have to just let it go i know its hard but there really is someone out there that is better or just as good...and if he dumped u then he don't deserve ur pitty and attention.
