I would say so. If you feel a little flabby then just exercise but thats more than great. I was 5'3" once and weighed 148 and I was a stick.

if your upper body weighs 20 lbs and your lower weighs 128 lbs, then you got too much junk in the trunk. If 100 lbs is in your midsection, then your eating too much junk food and not doing any excersise. If the captain of the football team is hitting on you, then you are the perfect weight. Never, NEVER trust a scale...always measure yourself by the way others see you. Popularity never lies.

True life lesson.

It doesn't sound to me like there is a problem Assuming that you are of average build, e.g. not stocky and not slim, you are either a somewhat thin young man or a somewhat curvy young woman.

Either way, your weight is close enough to what it should be that it is NOT a health issue. If you like you, that's what counts. Don't judge yourself by the people in magazines and on television.

Being 5'11 you should weigh 155.
5 lbs for every inch over 5 feet tall.
So you could gain some weight if you wanted to.

Yes, that sounds about right. You are tall, and thus will wear weight different then those shorter then you. Look in the mirror.... If you like what you see, then your perfect. Don't worry about what any one else thinks. It is what you think and how you feel.... That is what really matters.

You sound just right, maybe a bit on the skinny side. Just make sure to eat the right servings of food everyday, get exercise..you know the drill.

ummm ok, you are a little thin if your a male but will probably gain weight as you get older. If you are a girl you are also a bit thin, but will also gain weight.

Being a little thin is not bad, as is being a little over weight, how many people are the perfect weight anyway?
