My ex boyfriend was hardcore liberal and I was a republican... he never really saw my point at all, but I did see his SOMETIMES... now I'm more middle ground... kind of undecided
As long as you both respect the other ones right to have their own opinion, it shouldn't be an issue

I'm a democrat and i've dated several republicans. I think it's totally hot dating someone who has completely different views. It inspires a lot of passion and tension between each other which carries over into bed. Definitely not boring.

it doesnt really affect our relationship at all.
sure we have different views but its interesting.
