These are lovely brushes, but are hard to find. I'm looking for an online store, or perhaps on in NYC or Boston. Wooden handle, wooden bristles, cushion-like set.

I've never heard of a brush with wooden bristles before.
A request like this can only mean one thing, in my opinion. And if my thinking is correct, you may find other items of interest at the link below:
