It's a very interesting question. I suppose there is a certain element of Faith to this as well. If we believe that God wrote the Bible, we also believe that He will uphold it, and make sure that what is written is what He wanted.
Granted I will say that there has been small mistakes in the copying that occured over the years, but not to the extent as some people believe. The mistakes made is adding or leaving out a zero in some of the numbers, and spelling mistakes in some of the names. However - the original message itself remains intact.
As for the sins that are not actually sins in God's eyes. In the New Testament,
Heb 10:15-17
5 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
As a true believer, it is the Holy Spirit that directs you to what sin is. Albeit that it becomes a slippery slope. Some people will use their own "feelings" and declare them to be their "conviction"
The Bible is the unchaghing foundation that gives us guidelines, and from that we learn the Character of God. Once we understand that, it doesnt become a fact of "this is a sin" or "that is a sin" But simply that we direct our lives to please Him. When that becomes our focus, the sin doesn't matter not.
Don't look at the Bible as a Book that tells u what to do and what not to do. The Bible is introduction to Who God is, what His plan is, and What He did for you.

Was the Bible only written by humans? Or are the fingerprints of God all over it? Let's take a look and see.
Let's examine some verses in Mark chapter 16, (which some have disputed as original) and explore their underlying design. Just as we encounter fingerprint or retinal scanners to verify an identity in today's technological environment, it seems that there is an astonishingly equivalent "fingerprint" hidden beneath the Biblical text that is still visible despite the veil of the centuries.
There are 175 (7 x 25) words in the Greek text of Mark 16:9-20. Curious. These words use a total vocabulary of 98 different words (7 x 14), an exact multiple of seven. That's rather striking.
Try constructing a passage in which both the number of words and the number of letters are precisely divisible by seven (with no remainder)! The random chance of a number being precisely divisible by 7 is one chance in seven. In seven tries, there will be an average of six failures.
The chance of two numbers both being divisible by 7 exactly is one in 7 to the 2nd power, or one in 49. (This is a convenient simplification; some mathematical statisticians would argue the chance is one in 91.5 ) This still might be viewed as an accidental occurrence, or the casual contrivance of a clever scribe. But let's look further. The number of letters in this passage is 553, also a precise multiple of seven (7 x 79). This is getting a bit more tricky. The chance of three numbers accidentally being precisely divisible by seven is one in 7 to the third power, or one in 343. This increasingly appears to be suspiciously deliberate.
As we examine the vocabulary of those 98 (7 x 14) words: 84 (7 x 12) are found before in Mark; 14 (7 x 2) are found only here. 42 (7 x 6) are found in the Lord's address (vv.15-18); 56 (7 x 8) are not part of His vocabulary here.
This is, conspicuously, not random chance at work, but highly skillful design.

I studied the Bible in college. The Bible was written years after creation. There are many books of the Bible left out and some (for the life of me I can't figure out why) that are put in. The Bible says to test things to see if they are true, and if they are then accept them. In the Bible we have, it says the policeman is there to protect you, well we all know this is not always the case, but it is suppose to be, so (at least in my Bible) I've tested it and found it NOT to be true. Many people who claim to be Christians claim the Bible was written by God, but not all of them. Many know the truth, that the Bible was written by men INSPIRED by God. Through the years, governments and organized religions have taken certain Bibles, and certain Bible verses and twisted them around. They have taught that you should TURN THE OTHER CHEEK, but if it is war, well that is different. You can kill and it is legal. According to some of these so called "bible scholars" one verse in the Bible refers to obeying the government, when in fact it mentions NOTHING about government at all. The scripture reads "give yourselves under the higher powers" well, that could mean God and is heavenly power, not give yourselves to the government.
But the Bible as a whole is intriguing to read and I'd challenge you to buy a copy of the living bible and read it.
The bible has it all. Action, romance, sex, intrigue, horror, mystery, suspense, and much more.
Getting back to your question. There are many who say the Bible was written by God, but This can be proven wrong, by simply reading the new testament, Most of which was written by PAUL and even he mentions in his books at the end that either he, or one of his other associates has written that particular book of the Bible. Enough Said.

First your English...phew...Now my answer...
The Bible was a Chronicle of History written by people for the use of people. It is NOT NOW AND NEVER HAS BEEN THE WORD OF GOD (if there is one). The bible is partially proven to be an accurate History though much has been misinterperted and reported to long after an occurance to be truly accurate.
So far as SIN goes...Religion defines Sin...HUMANITY lives by LAWS and is governed by those...SIN isn't relevant. Your conscience is what you have to live with so here's some advice you may take it or leave it: Live respecting yourself, others and the environment. PEACE BE WITH YOU!

We don't believe that it was written by God himself. We believe that the Holy Spirit, along with God, inspired the writer. My religion teacher once described this inspiration as "guiding the hand of the writer." As Christians, we believe that the Bible is true, so no the messages aren't wrong and they aren't "translated" wrong. Because God inspired the writer, the Bible is in a sense infallible.

All the words in the Bible are the INSPIRED word of God. He gave the words to human persons and had them write it for Him. The Bible tells you so many times. Read it to find many other inspirational messages. This way you'll be able to answer your own questions.

We believe that the Bible is the accurately interpreted word of God. We have faith that it it's worldly authors were as accurate as possible when writing what was spoken to them by God himself. It is possible that some mistakes were made, but nearly all theologians agree that the Bible is as accurate as possible, and there aren't any contradictory statements or commands in it either. Hope that helps!

i don't think Christians believe that the bible was made by God. It is a man made book that contains writings by men by the will and influence of God. we believe that these writings are there because God spoke to these people or worked through them in great ways. and saying that it is God's word . . . well it is, it is the words that he willed to be there, through man.
