Mine is always pleasantly recieved; in a highball glass, muddle 2-3 torn leaves of mint, 1 tsp. of bar sugar, and a dash of Rose's lime juice. When mixed well, add 2 shots of Bacardi Limon rum, ice, and club soda. The perfect Mojito. Just try it, you'll see!

Roughly chop the mint, put sugar into glass, add the mint and lime juice, take the back of a wooden spoon and mash the two together into a paste. Fill your glass with ice, then fill your glass with Rum. Pour into a cocktail shaker, shake vigoriously, pour back into glass and enjoy
