My mom is always telling me that she loves me but I think she's moving a little too quick. She keeps hugging me and kissing me but I'm not really into her. She DOES pay for my food and let me stay in her house but I don't want any more than that. Is it rude if I tell her that I just want to be friends?

You sound seriously messed up! (no offence!) I can't believe you would even ask that! You don't like it that your mum loves you?! Do you have any idea how many people never even speak to their mums or have never seen them? You say that you just want to stay friends with your mum asif she is your girlfriend or something and that is weird. When your mum says she loves you, it doesn't mean that she wants to go out with you! I don't think you really understand what she means when she says she loevs you! You shouldn't tell your mum you just want to be friends with her because that just sounds weird. If its the fact that you don;t like her hugging and kissing you, tell her say ,' Mum, I love you aswell but sometimes I don't like you constantly hugging and kissing me.' You should be proud that your mum cares for you and looks after you! For god's sake get your head straight! lol

Mom, I no longer want to be your son. I just want to be your friend and I am moving out. Until I can find a job, I will wander the streets and go from dumpster to dumpster looking for food. Thanks for loving me while you did...but I don't need it anymore and I am out of here. So long, I will remember all of the kindness that you have shown me along the way.

I think you should tell her that you just want her to be your mom... maybe you should respect her and just let her be your mom. Mothers kiss and hug their kids that really what mothers do... However if you guys are just now getting to know eachother then just explain that your not at that comfort level....

Have you ever thought about trying it out? Maybe she could teach you a thing or two about the birds and the bees! That way, when you are ready to go out on your own and find a pretty lil thang to screw, you will be ready!

what??? we're not talking about incest are we? cuz that's just wrong!

if ur not, just tell your mom you're not a very affectionate person and it makes you feel a little uncomfortable when she's physically affectionate. she'll be a little hurt but it would sure stop the weirdness. i get like that too when my mom's extra affectionate to me...i guess we're not mom huggy people...

I had this same problem with my sister once. I didn't want to be gross and have sex with her, so I just followed this simple phrase....."oral is moral."
