Any country would be great but I would love to go to Japan or somewhere that is very different from home.

In order to really get a decent job you need a Master's degree in Psychology. I would suggest maybe continuing school in a country of your choice, or where you are first. Otherwise you probably won't like what you are going to be doing, or the pay.

then teach those japanese not to give credit to others and take the blame themselves.
This mentality they have over there is one of the main reasons for the high suicide there.

When things go well they get little or no credit and when things go wrong its all their fault.

they need to blame their government and religion for their problems and be credited with their accomplishments.
