It could be any number of things. Do you have allergies? Post-nasal drip can definitely make you feel sick in the morning from the drainage of mucus into your stomach. (Nice thought, huh?!) It could also be the flu, something you ate, stress, or lots of other things. Pregnancy morning sickness is not always in the morning, so I would not chalk it up to that unless you have other pregnancy symptoms and, in particular, a positive pregnancy test. When I was pregnant with my son, I got sick every day at 6pm sharp but rarely in the mornings. If you are concerned, do a home pregnancy test or go see your doctor. Otherwise, wait it out and see if it persists.
I hope you feel better!

Are you pregnant?
If so, welcome to "morning sickness."
If you're not pregnant, it could be the flu or a cold or stress or any number of things.
